March 2026 Product Release Notes

March was focused on several enhancements to the new Standards-Based Grading feature, a new invoice report, as well as small customer-requested enhancements

Standards-based Grading (Basic Tier and above feature) – Added the ability for a teacher to bring forward Standards markings from one grading unit to another to save time.

Application Improvements – This was a highly requested item from our schools – we’ve added the ability to set a “Default” application school year for new applicants. We’ve all added the ability to control when a school year is visible and no longer visible, so schools have more control over their open application processes. See the related knowledge article for more information: Edit Default Application School Years

NEW Report – Customer Detailed Invoice and Receipt Report (Basic Tier and above feature) – This new report provides detailed information on invoice line items as well as when the invoice was paid. Details of family / student name, address are also often requested for state voucher / scholarship reimbursements.

Student Archiving Improvements – We now auto unenroll students being archived from any future school years, saving admins time and keeping their enrollment numbers accurate. We also remind admins to address the current term enrollment manually since this requires some decision making.

User & Course Imports – Removed this option from administrators’ Settings menu – Due to the complexity and importance of importing accurate data, the ClassReach Support team will not handle all imports for schools. All you have to do is open a support ticket and request an import.
