    • Form-based charges (created through a submitted form) 

  • Form-based charges

    • Created when users submit a form (e.g., lunch order, registration)

    • Can either:

      • Pay immediately online, or

      • Generate an invoice for later payment

    • Each form submission can generate one or more invoice line items

    • Due dates controlled by form configuration

    • Common for incidental charges tied to sign-ups or requests
