• Online payment flow (Guardian view) demo using customer account

  • Parent (Mr. Dickens) logs in and views an $8 invoice (lunch charges)

• Two payment entry options

  • “Pay Invoice $” button on the invoice

    • Automatically selects the correct invoice

    • Takes user straight to payment screen

  • “Add Payment” option on Customer tab

    • User manually selects which invoice to pay

• Payment method options

  • Stored Credit/Debit card

  • Stored bank account (ACH)

  • Physical check entry (covered separately)

  • Option to add a new payment method

• Payment steps

  • Select payment method (card used in example)

  • Review payment summary:

    • Invoice amount

    • Processing fee (passed to customer)

    • Total charge

  • Confirm authorization checkbox

  • Submit payment

  • Payment recorded in system as “Payment via ClassReach”

  • Shows:

    • Date

    • Total paid

    • Processing fee

    • Net applied to balance

  • Invoice status updates to paid
