June 2023 Product Release Notes

ClassReach releases a new SUPPORT tool inside ClassReach to consolidate assistance and eliminate the need to maintain another login as well as a new Application Fee feature.

NEW SUPPORT feature within ClassReach!

You no longer have to login to a separate tool to open a new support request with the ClassReach Team! You can get all that information right inside ClassReach.

Admins: Look for “Contact Support” in your Admin Need Assistance menu.

Teachers, Guardian & Students: You will find it in your ClassReach Help “Support Tickets”.

NEW Application Fees feature

One of our most requested features -the ability to add an application fee to the Application process within ClassReach is now available. The feature is available as part of the Basic pricing package or above. Contact sales@classreach.com to upgrade now! Check out this Knowledge Base Article with all the details:  Application Fees inside the Application Process

NEW Grading Unit Filter for Progress Reports

For those schools utilizing Grading Unit, you will now have the option to only show completed units. For example, if you are just finishing Quarter 1 and have started Quarter 2 and are just now running Progress Reports, you’ll be able to print those progress reports with just Quarter 1 showing. Previously, any grades that had been entered in Q2 would show and that could cause confusion for students and families.

New Filters and data in the Analytics dashboards

  • Administration: Student Teacher Ratio – New filters for School Year, Department and Course; Also, we added a Section Capacity column to the Department visualization.
  • Administration: Attendance- We added # of days to the Student Attendance chart to enhance the percentage already displayed.
  • Finance: We have updated the # of students calculation so you will find that more accurate, taking into account only students who were actively enrolled in courses for a school year.

Bug Fixes - Thank you for your patience!

People-Admins unable to remove users from families – this issue was related to an earlier issue with Forms containing custom content fields and has now been resolved.

Application “Resume” links not working – For a short time, our application emails with “Resume your application” links didn’t work correctly. This was fixed within a few days of identification. As a workaround, we were sending applicants the links manually to minimize disruption.
