Security, Printable Gradebook, and several bug fixes were the focus of our January 2023 releases:
Security Upgrades:
Security is critically important to safeguard your school and family personal and confidential information. We will be continuing to increase security requirements as NIST Cybersecurity guidelines recommend. A few changes you will notice already:
-
- Password requirements – The level of complexity required when creating/changing a user password has increased. Passwords must now be eight-character minimum length with at least one letter and one digit. This is now enforced when the user sets their password, as well as when an Admin sets a password in the People tab, Basic page.
Printable Teacher Gradebook

Teachers and Admins will have several print options to allow flexibility in how you utilize the printed gradebook:
Of course, when you print, you also have a variety of print format options your printer provides, such as printing landscape or portrait, fitting to one page, etc. The sample above would print as follows:

Bug Fixes - Thank you for your patience!
- Messaging by Academic Level not working as intended - If you were trying to select multiple academic levels for a message, it was hiding the levels after one selection was made. This issue has been fixed.
- Zip Codes with leading zeroes not displaying correctly - For schools and families in areas of the US East Coast, that have zip codes with leading zeroes, the issue with the zip not printing/displaying correctly has been fixed.
