How to Add a Payment Method - Credit Card

This article and video describe the steps to add a credit card into ClassReach financials

You will be notified in several ways that you need to make a payment through ClassReach:

  • ClassReach Message
  • Email
  • Home screen Notification
If you want to make that payment online via ClassReach, you will first add a Payment Method.  You can do this at any time via the Financial Page > Payment Methods tab, but you will also be given the option to add a Payment Method in the process of making a payment - see our          How to Make a Payment article.  This article details how to add a Credit Card.  See this article if you'd like to use a bank account (ACH) - How to Add a Payment Method - Bank Account.

Directions

Go to the Financial page and the Payment Methods tab. 

  • Click Add Payment Method

  • Select Debit or Credit Card
  • Enter the Name on Card (required)
  • Enter the Card Details - this includes the card number, expiration date and CVV/CVC (required) 
  • Click Save
