FAQ - How do I pay a past due/ errored school subscription invoice?

If your school has missed a subscription payment and it is showing with a "Payment Error" on your Settings>Billing>Summary page, this article will explain how to initiate a payment for that invoice.

A subscription payment can show an error for several reasons. Sometimes there isn't a payment method entered. Other times, the payment method was rejected at the payment processor (expired card, insufficient funds, etc). 

First you will need to address your payment method and ensure it is entered, current and the balances are sufficient.  The following knowledge article can assist you: Input Billing Information

Next, once the payment method is valid, you can initiate the payment for an errored invoice. Below is a screen shot from the Billing page. The $ icon on can be clicked and that will initiate the payment.
