FAQ-What do Parents need to set up for the next Financial Year?
From one school year to the next, do parents need to re-enter credit card, bank account info, etc...?
- Payment Methods (credit card info, ACH bank account connection) remain unchanged for the next year. No update needed
- Financial Agreements will be new (as determined by the admin)
- They may need to Enroll in Payment Plans for selected accounts, depending on Admin set up
- Auto Pay requires enrolling each school year. They will be notified, based on how the admin sets up the system (some admins Require Auto Pay and some don't, depending on the family, school policy, etc)
