RESOLVED:System Outage - Responding to ClassReach messages from personal emails
July 7 - The issue which was blocking user ability to respond to a ClassReach message from their person email accounts has been resolved. Thank you so much for your patience.
Original outage information:
July 3, 2025 - We are currently experiencing a problem with users responding to ClassReach messages from their personal email accounts. The replies are not being delivered. Our team is investigating as a top priority.
We advise users to respond to ClassReach messages inside the ClassReach system until the issue is resolved. Internal messaging and replies is working as expected.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
