September was focused on many small customer requested enhancements and bug fixes as well as foundational technical updates.
Directory settings–Added the ability to sort what order directory fields appear on each directory, giving schools more control over layout.
Simplify Financial Account Enrollment Options – The options when setting up a new financial account in regard to enrollments caused confusion and unwanted behavior. The options were simplified to assist admins during setup.
Guardian Quick Access on home page speed improvements- Quick Access could often be sluggish or non-functioning for families with multiple students. Logic was improved to provide better response time.
School Billing – Paid in Full language – Paid in full language was added to paid invoices so when they are printed, it is clear they were paid.
People Form Update improvements – Often times, for larger schools, any change to the People form could be for sluggish to update every user’s data, often causing the process to timeout or slow down response time. This process was improved to address this process heavy function.

Lesson Plans/Agendas-bullets reverting to numbered lists –This has been corrected.
Weekly Agenda – “Site not available” error - When attempting to download the Weekly Agenda, sometimes an error came up "Site not available". This is due to downloads where there are multiple files that need to be packaged into a zip folder. This has been resolved.
Gravity ACH cleared status not being received – Gravity had some issues; we corrected impacted payments in ClassReach and Gravity addressed their issues.
Past Announcements not working – Unable to view past announcements. This has been resolved.
