Access from Financials → Summary → Transaction Batches → Add a Batch.

Batch setup includes:

Batch name

Invoice date

Option to create new invoices

Download a CSV template to enter charges.

Template includes:

Customer info
-
Student names
-
Academic levels
-
Charge category
-
Only the Amount column needs editing
-

Charges can:
-
Apply to families
-
Apply to individual students
-
Use different amounts per student
-

After editing:
-
Save as CSV
-
Upload the file
-
Review the preview
-
Publish the batch
-
-
Published batches:
-
Create or update invoices
-
Become visible to customers
-

Batches can be:
-
Deleted before publishing
-
Re-uploaded if corrections are needed
-

Transactions can later be edited to:
-
Redistribute charges across payment-plan invoices
-
Remove unwanted invoices
-
Split charges across monthly payments
