Must select the correct year before entering charges or payments.

Columns can be sorted (default is alphabetical by name).

Allows enrolling new customers.

Check Payments Queue

Shows physical check payments that are still pending bank clearance.

Used to charge multiple customers at the same time for the same item or fee.

Open Financial Agreements

Displays financial agreements that are in progress.

Agreements remain listed until finalized and published.
