Video Summary

-
To configure:

-
Click the Edit page icon
-
Select the default school year
- Set the dates
-
Save changes
-
The default year can be updated at any time (e.g., when transitioning to a new application cycle).
-
You can set visibility date ranges for each school year:
-
Define when applications open and close for a given year
-
Control exactly when applicants can select each school year
-
-
Application cycles can:
-
Overlap (e.g., next year opens before current year closes)
-
Be fully customized per year
-
-
Example workflow:
-
One school year closes (e.g., March)
-
Next school year opens at the same or earlier date
-
Applications remain open until a defined cutoff date
-
-
Past school years are automatically hidden once outside their visibility window
-
Overall purpose:
-
Ensure applicants are applying to the correct school year
-
Provide controlled timing for application availability
