May 2026 Product Release Notes
May was focused on improving course registration workflows, financial processing reliability, reporting enhancements, and several customer-requested usability improvements.
Course Registration Improvements
- We've added the ability to reorder registration groups, giving administrators greater flexibility when organizing and presenting course registration options to families.
- We also added a warning when editing completed course registrations to help prevent accidental changes to finalized registrations.


Financial Processing Improvements
Stripe Payment Integration Upgrade – Stripe recently retired its legacy ACH payment integration, requiring updates within ClassReach to support Stripe's new ACH processing framework. The upgrade was successfully completed. During the transition, a small number of ACH processing errors were identified and promptly resolved through a hotfix deployment, ensuring all payments were processed correctly and payment services continued without disruption.
Reporting Enhancements
Graded Assignments Summary Report - We’ve added support to help administrators get an overview of assignments by section as well as category for better oversight.
Workflow Improvements - Several enhancements were made to improve workflow usability and communication:
- Removed the "View Submission" button from workflow emails sent to guests.
- Improved workflow step formatting for guardians to provide a more consistent user experience.
Platform Improvements - We're upgrading our Development Platform to take advantage of the latest development tools, improve performance, maintainability, and long-term platform stability.

Financial Reporting
- We changed the payment date of Checks to reflect the date the check was received (rather than cleared) to adhere to standard accounting practices.
Course Registration
- Resolved issues related to registration group ordering and registration editing workflows.
