July 2026 Product Release Notes
July focused on giving administrators better visibility into enrollment, admissions, and attendance, while improving several everyday workflows throughout ClassReach.
Reporting Improvements
- Student Enrollment Roster - A new report helps administrators plan for the upcoming school year by showing returning students and applicants by academic level. Available for Basic plans and above.

- Application Status Roster - A new report helps administrators review applications and where they are in the approval process, including application statuses, approvals by school year, and applicant and guardian information. It also separates student and family applications. Available for Basic plans and above.

- Year-to-Date Attendance Report - A new report brings excused and unexcused absences and tardies together in one place, with totals for each student and the option to organize results by campus. Available for all plans.

Forms Workflow Improvements
- Workflow User Selection - When adding users to a workflow step, the selection list now displays only active school users. Guests and inactive users are excluded, making it easier to choose the correct person.
Admissions Improvements
- Approved Student Applications - Administrators can now open approved applications directly from an individual student's record, making previously submitted information easier to locate and review.

Support Improvements
- Support Requests - Support links throughout ClassReach now take users directly to the ClassReach Support page, making it easier to submit a complete support request.
- Course Registration - Corrected an issue that allowed the same course or section to be added more than once within a registration group.
- People and Family - Corrected an issue that could affect sorting on the People page when family names were missing.
-
Gradebook - Corrected an issue that could cause the Gradebook to default to the wrong grading unit before the first grading unit had started.
-
Applications - Corrected an issue that prevented some application-related emails from being sent.
