July was focused on many small customer requested enhancements and bug fixes as well as foundational technical updates.
Financial Batch Improvement– Added Academic Level to the transaction batch csv download to make it easier for admins to quickly filter charges.
Gradebook settings:–
- Added option to hide/not hide grades by default. This saves a step for teachers when creating grades.
- Added option to hide/not hide assignment grades by default. This saves a step for teachers when creating assignments.
Transcripts – unweighted GPA – added the option to include unweighted GPA on transcripts to accommodate colleges which require this on the transcript.
Payment Method Improvement – Added retries when a customer receives an error upon entering a new payment method. Occasionally, the payment processor returns a processing error and a second attempt can be successful.
Phone Number formatting on forms – to ensure consistent formatting of phone numbers, we added a robust formatting algorithm and converted all existing phone numbers to meet this requirement.
Prevent Form approval with unsaved data – Some forms have data entry required before approval and new logic will ensure they can’t approve without saving to prevent data loss.

Error on new form creation – A misleading message was popping up upon new form creation. This was resolved.
Course registration people filter – The Awaiting Registration filter was causing unrelated errors to appear on Course Registrations for admins. This has been resolved.
Unable to delete announcements – Users could receive a 400 error attempting to delete an announcement. This has been resolved.
Calendar hover-over can get cut-off depending on location – The description could be cutoff on a small device such as a phone. This has been corrected.
Down arrow in guardian view of a student’s grades was not working. This was resolved to redirect user to the Grades page as expected.
