ClassReach is working with a new Payment Processor with lower merchant fees and fewer monthly transaction limits.
New Payment Processing option for Basic, Pro and Enterprise schools.
We are finishing development to integrate with a new Payment Processor, Gravity Payments. Negotiated lower merchant fees and no ClassReach fees will greatly benefit both schools and families and is sure to be a win for our Basic, Pro and Enterprise schools. The plan is to begin Beta testing in August. More information will be provided on the full launch details in late 2023, early 2024.
Bug Fixes - Thank you for your patience!
Academic Level not saving in Applications – Families indicate the academic level for each student applying to the school, but that data was not saving properly. This issue has been fixed.
Stripe Autopay notifications changed wording – Families were seeing invoice notification wording that didn’t make sense; Rather than seeing the dollar amount of the scheduled payment, the message had words. This was an inadvertent issue caused during the Gravity payment changes and has been corrected. Notifications now would look like “$25.00 Payment Scheduled for May 19" as expected.
Account Receivable Report inaccurate when not selecting Current – Users running an AR report and deselecting "Include Current", the CSV still included the current AR in the Total column. This issue has been resolved.
Class Ranking Report with low student counts - For schools/academic levels with low student counts (less than 10) the percentile rankings didn't work as expected. Example: a school’s Top 10% of students doesn't register when you run the Class Rankings report if the class only has 6 students. The calculations were adjusted to account for classes with low numbers.
Invoice Splitting could cause negative payment plans – There were a few situations where financial agreements with charges and discounts could end up in a negative balance for an invoice – the calculation was adjusted to split the amounts between invoices and round toward zero for the default split amount rather than always rounding down.
Form Submit button disabled – This issue was because of a recent change and was quickly corrected and Hot fixed into production.
