How do I send an application to a Guest User?

Many schools use a school Interest Form as an initial step for prospective families. This creates a Guest user in ClassReach, whom you can then send an application.

Guest Users are listed on the People Page.  Go to People Page > Guests (on the left sidebar), check the box next to the Guest(s) and then Action > Send Application Invitation

A pop-up window will appear to confirm your action.

When you create a guest form (eg, a school Inquiry Form) it will let you link to User Info Form fields, but those fields will NOT show on the Guest Form for the Guest.   A Guest is a special kind of User in ClassReach that doesn't have a ROLE or stored data other than name and email.
