Helping a user with login issues
If you have a user with an established account who is having issues logging in, here are some ways you may be able to resolve the issue.
1. Resend the user a Welcome email.
2. Click on the edit icon for the user and change their password for them.
3. Make sure the email address they are using and the email address on the profile are identical (watch for spaces before the email address, etc...).
