FAQ-Why can't all my ClassReach users see a form I have created?
When you create a form and select the setting "One Response per User through the Forms Summary Page", the form will only be available to those users active in your school at the time the form was created. Any future users entering your school will be unable to see this form.
If you are creating a form you plan to use for future families/guardians/students in your school, the best option is to create a form "Through a Privately Shared Link". This way you can share the link with anyone you are needing to complete the form at any time.
