FAQ - what is the Link option showing up when I enter a payment method
This is a Stripe feature that you can control from your Stripe Dashboard
Stripe recently added the link feature. If you are using Stripe as a Payment Processor in ClassReach, you may see the following small black Link button. If a customer has used Stripe before, it will remember your payment method and give you the option to click that to use it on a current payment.
From Stripe's documentation:
Link saves and autofills payment and shipping information for your customers so they don’t need to enter payment details manually. Your customers can use different funding sources with Link, including credit cards, debit cards, and US bank accounts. They can visit link.com to make changes to their account, view their purchase history, or reach out to the Link customer support team.
If you'd like to disable Link in on your website, you can do so from your Stripe dashboard
