FAQ - Can I show Grading Unit grades on the Transcript?

The Unit Transcript is an option to show Grading Unit grades

ClassReach has two different transcript reports - Transcript and Unit Transcript.

The Transcript report is for the "Official" transcript and, by default, lists Courses and their grades organized by Academic Term.  It will optionally display Current Term courses and show them as "In Progress."  The current courses are not included in the GPA calculation.

The Unit Transcript report can be used for the "Official" transcript and offers the option of displaying Grading Unit grades as well.  The GPA is calculated the same, but where this report differs from the Transcript report is that it CAN include Current Term grades and it will calculate these "In Progress" grades into the GPA.

Both reports have the option to select only a "Specific Time Range" to give admins an isolated view of one or more academic terms and the GPA for only that "Specific Time Range."
