AutoPay & Financial Accounts

AutoPay arrangements are made for specific Financial Accounts (Invoice Categories). This article will explain in further detail.

Your school likely has several Financial Accounts to categorize their expenses / invoices. See yellow highlights in the screenshot below:
AutoPay can be enabled on one or many of these accounts separately. This is to offer the greatest flexibility in payment arrangements for their customers. You can set up each account with a different payment method if you choose or leave some accounts as manual pay. 

Signing up for AutoPay must be done individually on each account as shown in the red circle above.
