ClassReach auto-creates student schedules and you can access them via the students' People page > School tab and collectively via the Reports page
Student Schedule
The Student Schedule is auto-created using data that you enter for each individual Section. This is an example of a student schedule:
Section - this is the name of the Course
Period - this is used to order the schedule. If no period is indicated the schedule is ordered by start time.
Period and the other fields are all set in each specific section.
People Page - Admin access
To find a specific student's schedule, go to the student's People page > School tab and click on schedule, located on the right side of the blue "Enrolled Sections" bar.
Student Summary View - Guardian/Student access
Guardians and Students can access the schedule by going to the left sidebar, clicking the student's name and selecting "Summary."
The Student's Summary view allows consolidated access to every enrolled section and by clicking the plus sign, access to details such as Grades, Lesson Plans, Homework...The blue header bar of each section shows the overall grade average and if you click the bar it will take you to the section for complete access to the gradebook, etc.
Most importantly, the Student's Summary view also allows Guardians and Students to bring up their Student Schedule, a detailed Attendance report and the current Progress Report for the selected Academic Term.
Reports
Admins can use the Schedule Report to print out schedules for all, some or one student at a time. Click the Green +Report button and choose Schedules from the Default list of reports.
- Filter the Report by All Users, Academic Level or Specific User(s)
- Select the Academic Term
- Select PDF File or Printable Web Page
- Enter a Report Name (to save it for future use) and Save
