September 2023 Product Release Notes

ClassReach will now utilize the new Payment Processor for School Subscription Billing which also enables an ACH payment option in addition to credit cards.

Schools will be able to utilize ACH payment in addition to Credit Card options as methods to pay their ClassReach subscription invoices.
We have begun Beta testing with a new Payment Processor, Gravity Payments, and schools will also benefit by having an additional option to pay their monthly charges. If your school would like to utilize ACH, please contact Support through your Admin Support page in ClassReach to request this.

Our Finance team can now invoice for 1x charges such as Training, through ClassReach rather than getting a separate invoice from Stripe, to simply your invoice and accounting processes.

Messaging Groups - Eliminate archived sections from showing as an available messaging group– Often confusing, archived course sections were showing up as an available messaging group, and messages were not being delivered to their intended audience. We have remedied this by eliminating archived sections from showing in messaging groups.

Student Ids now available in Reporting :
For schools utilizing Student Ids, this field is now available to be included in Reports.

Announcements have new text editor :
We have upgraded the text editor in our Announcements feature. You have more font options, and links which will open in a new browser window to make announcements more dynamic.

Forms now filters out archived users for workflows :
Previously, the workflow user lists included archived users which cluttered the list and caused confusion. The lists now will only include active users.

Bug Fixes - Thank you for your patience!

Financial Agreements – error when signing – several schools were experiencing an error when families attempted to sign their financial agreements, but the transactions were still working. This issue has been corrected and the error eliminated.

School Billing page doesn’t load – Schools who also had invoices directly from Stripe and not just in ClassReach were experiencing this issue. The issue has been resolved.

Quick Enroll duplicate students – It was possible to accidently double-click during Quick Enroll which would create duplicate students showing up in course sections. This issue has been addressed and resolved.

Registration notifications not working for non-Family schools – For our schools with students only (no families or guardians) the notifications that alert students to register were not working. This issue has been resolved.
