New and Improved

Transcript - Current Academic Term Courses - Courses in the current academic term will no longer be included in the calculations for grades/credits and will show on the transcript as "In Progress."

 

Gradebook - Guardian/Student View - Add Due Date and move to a column - The gradebook now shows the Due Date of each assignment (instead of Start Date) and it is located in an always-visible column.  Also, missing assignments (marked as "M") show in red.

Reports - New Report Menu - when adding a new report, the menu has been re-organized with more detail

Gradebook - Grade Rows not aligned with student name - the alignment has been corrected.

Gradebook - Updating and Loading Issues - several issues were fixed including:

  • When entering/editing a grade for an assignment, the left column - points or averages was not updating.
  • Persistent "Loading" notice at the top of the screen.
  • Entire graded items table was blank or missing.

Gradebook - Conduct rows not aligned with student names (Firefox) - this was fixed.

Conduct Item Settings - Error when adding new item - When adding a New Conduct Item in Settings > Conduct Items with new input values, the item would not save and admins received an error.  This is fixed.

Family Directory showing Archived Users - if a Guardian or Student was archived they rightly don't show in the Guardian or Student directory, BUT they were showing in the Family Directory.  We have corrected this to remove them from the Family Directory also.  Directories should only show Active Users.

Reports - Sort for Academic Levels broken - when pulling User reports for students, the report was failing if the author tried to sort by Academic Level.  This now functions correctly.

Reports - Generic Error When Required Academic Term isn't Selected - when pulling several report types, the report would fail without a reason given.  We added a specific message that says "Please select an Academic Term" to not allow the report to run without an academic term.

Data Copier - Sections - Error - the Sections Data Copy was failing for certain large schools.  This has been fixed.
