Video Summary

  • Transaction batches allow charging multiple customers at once.

  • Access from Financials → Summary → Transaction Batches → Add a Batch.

  • Batch setup includes:

    • Batch name

    • Invoice date

    • Option to create new invoices

  • Download a CSV template to enter charges.

  • Template includes:

    • Customer info

    • Student names

    • Academic levels

    • Charge category

    • Only the Amount column needs editing

  • Charges can:

    • Apply to families

    • Apply to individual students

    • Use different amounts per student

  • After editing:

    • Save as CSV

    • Upload the file

    • Review the preview

    • Publish the batch

  • Published batches:

    • Create or update invoices

    • Become visible to customers

  • Batches can be:

    • Deleted before publishing

    • Re-uploaded if corrections are needed

  • Transactions can later be edited to:

    • Redistribute charges across payment-plan invoices

    • Remove unwanted invoices

    • Split charges across monthly payments
