December 2023 Product Release Notes

December was focused on several new features which will be unveiled in 2024. We also resolved several bug issues.

Registration Start Time – Added the ability to enter a Registration start time (in addition to the existing start date) so that an admin can control the start of a registration session.

Bug Fixes - Thank you for your patience!

School Billing – School billing through was not processing failed payment properly. This has been resolved.

Support Links to KBAs – We noticed links to KBA articles we were including in Support email responses weren’t coming through. This issue has been resolved.

Forms – Some forms were displaying HTML formatting symbols such as <p><br></p><strong>TUITION POLICY. This issue has been resolved and forms are displaying as expected.

Financial Agreements – Discount criteria for Charges Exceeding not working properly. This issue has been resolved.

Sections>Adding Students – The process of adding students on the Section page during Section creation was not working properly. This issue has been resolved.
