July 2025 Product Release Notes

In July, the Product Team focused on various improvements and bug fixes

New and Improved

Stripe – Improved error messaging for declines when purchasing SMS credits with a bad credit card.

Mobile Admin View - Improved the Navigation Tab on mobile devices for Admins to include the School Tab.

Academic Term Delete Restriction Added - Deleting an Academic Term can have catastrophic consequences of losing Financial Agreements, Sections, Grades, etc.  We have now restricted Academic Term deletion to ClassReach Support only.  If you need to delete an Academic Term please submit a Support Ticket and we will delete it for you.

Directory - We improved the behavior between terms and added a school year picker to allow admins to choose the desired school year to view.  This is especially helpful in the summer when admins want to use the directory for next year's families or students.

Bug Fixes - Thank you for your patience!

Directory Settings Page – Fixed to enable the Save button as soon as any change has been made on the page.

Messaging Reply button via email – when attempting to reply via email to a ClassReach Message, the reply button in the email client was not working.  This is now functioning correctly.

Google Calendar Sync – the sync was not working correctly and this is resolved.

Calendar - The section drop-down selector was not working correctly for Admins and this has been fixed.  Now, when creating/editing a calendar event the admin can select a specific section or sections for that event.  The list of available sections is determined by the Academic Term selector drop down list in the bottom left sidebar.
